Where personal data is transferred to our overseas related companies, we will require our related companies to acknowledge the confidentiality of the personal data and use the data obtained for purposes stated in this Policy and comply with the Act.

   • Job Applicant– destroyed 5 years if unsuccessful in position
   • Resigned Employees – destroyed  5 years after resignation
   • Customer – Destroyed 5 years without business dealings

   • Employee – Access to individual’s personal data records. Update when necessary
   • Customer – Submit Personal Data Correction Form to update the organisation of changes
5. Right to Access personal data held in our possession
   • Submit Request to Access Personal Data Form
   • Access the reason for request
   • Charge a fee if the data requested requires extensive search
6. Right to Withdraw Consent to use of personal data
